A Penis pad. Yes, this is a pad that you "wear" throughout the day that is - ELECTRONICALLY controlled by a little hand held remote control device. The idea is throughout the day you stimulate your penis with low doses of electricity that stimulates longer, fuller erections at the end of the day. Now - to be honest, this guy was smarter than me, but a bit of a kook...and I DON'T see how this could really work.
